I’m not totally sure if I just missed something, but the website felt messy to use. I clicked around for a while and still couldn’t really find what I was looking for. It seems like it could be organized better.

The refund did come through in the end, but it definitely took a while. I couldn’t help feeling like maybe they were dragging it out a bit and hoping I wouldn’t follow up, but to be fair, I did eventually get my money back...

I do like how this set looks, and the fit is good, so I was excited at first. But for the price, I got annoyed quickly with the quality. The fabric felt nice when I first got it, then after just a few washes it already didn’t feel as soft. I also noticed a couple loose threads in the stitching, which was frustrating. It’s not awful or anything, but I was expecting it to hold up better.

I bought a set from Lounge and have washed it a few times now. So far it’s kept its shape well and I haven’t noticed any loose threads, which is a relief. There might be a tiny bit of fading, but nothing major. I’ll admit I don’t fully trust pieces like this to last anymore after being disappointed by other brands, but this one has been okay so far

The packaging was neat and actually felt nice without being too fancy. I’ll admit I was a bit suspicious at first because it looked almost too tidy, but everything showed up in good condition. It took a little longer to open than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it

I was planning to order from Lounge because they were advertising a discount, but the code just wouldn’t apply at checkout. I tried again later thinking maybe it was a glitch, but same issue. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help and feeling like there was no actual human to speak to, just automated replies or generic support that didn’t really solve anything. If you’re going to promote a discount, it should actually work. it just ended up being a really annoying waste of time.

I ordered from lounge.com and everything arrived fine, probably within about the time I expected. No real issues with the order itself, and I’m happy with what I got. The only thing is the delivery cost felt a little high, maybe more than I’d normally expect for something like this. Overall though, I’m still pleased with the order...

I’ve been waiting a few days now for someone to get back to me about my order. I sent two messages, nobody has replied. It’s frustrating and the customer service has been really disappointing...

I had to swap for a different size and, to be fair, the return portal was easy to use. But the exchange took way longer than I thought it would, which had me wondering if my package was sitting in some mysterious back room waiting for approval from the shipping overlords. Customer service did answer eventually, just not exactly at lightning speed. The new item turned out fine in the end, but the waiting around was definitely annoying

I really love the designs and the colors, they’re cute without trying too hard, and they’re actually comfy too. I did take off one star though... the prices are a bit higher than I’d like

Am I the only one this happens to? I ordered a small, but they sent me a medium, and it wasn’t even the color I picked. Frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and something totally different shows up.

I’ve tried ordering from lounge.com a few times now, i’m starting to wonder if I’m just unlucky or picking the worst times to shop. The sets are really cute, which is probably why I keep going back, but the sizes I need always seem to be sold out. It’s a bit frustrating seeing everything still listed like it’s available, then realizing most of the normal sizes are gone.

I signed up for the restock emails too, thinking that would help, but by the time I actually check, they’re usually sold out again. Maybe I’m not fast enough, or maybe the stock just goes that quickly, I don’t know. Either way, it’s starting to feel kind of pointless trying

I liked the items overall and the quality seems decent, but the prices felt a bit high for what I got. I was expecting a little more value, so I’m hoping they can offer some kind of discount or compensation to make the purchase feel more fair.

It looks good, but comfort-wise it just didn’t really work for me. After maybe a few hours, the band started feeling tight, and the fabric felt a little itchy. For around this price, I was expecting it to feel better, so I’m kind of disappointed.

I ordered from Lounge and, based on this one set, I’d say their sizing is decent overall. I followed the size guide and it got me close, but the bra band was just a little tighter than I thought it would be.
The bottoms fit true to size for me and were really comfortable. I feel like if you’re between sizes, sizing up might be the safer bet. Giving it 4 stars because the fit was good, but the sizing info could be a bit clearer...
